Terms & Conditions

1. Company Information

 

Jade Orchid Aesthetics Ltd is a registered company in England and Wales, operating as a professional, CQC-compliant aesthetic clinic based in Leicester. We provide non-surgical cosmetic treatments exclusively to adults aged 18 and over. Please note that all appointments must be booked by telephone on 0116 273 0456. We do not currently facilitate online bookings or sell products via our website.

 

2. Booking Policy

 

  • All treatment and consultation appointments require a 50% deposit to secure the booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation terms are fully met (see Section 3).

 

3. Cancellation Policy

 

  • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

  • If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided but the appointment can be rebooked, the deposit may be retained for future rescheduling.

  • If cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours’ notice and the slot remains unfilled, or the client fails to attend, the deposit will be forfeited.

  • All cancellations must be confirmed by both telephone and email to be valid.

 

4. Treatment Suitability

 

  • All treatments are subject to an initial telephone discussion, followed by a mandatory face-to-face consultationton to complete clinical documentation and assess medical suitability.

  • A patch test may be required depending on the treatment.

  • If a client is deemed unsuitable during the pre-treatment assessment, the deposit will be refunded in full.

 

5. Age Restrictions & Child Attendance

 

  • We do not treat anyone under the age of 18.

  • Children under 14 are not permitted in the treatment rooms. Clients attending appointments must not be accompanied by minors unless another responsible adult is present to supervise them.

 

6. Late Arrivals

 

  • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule.

  • The full treatment fee may still be charged in such instances.

 

7. Payment & Pricing

 

  • Prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Full payment is required on the day of treatment.

  • We accept all major debit and credit cards.

 

8. Promotions

 

  • Promotional offers are subject to availability and are non-transferable.

  • Offers must be redeemed by the named client on the day of booking.

  • Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts or applied retrospectively.

  • Promotional offers exclude consultation and patch test fees unless stated otherwise.

 

9. Liability

 

  • While we aim to ensure all information published by Jade Orchid Aesthetics Ltd is accurate and up to date, we accept no liability for errors or omissions on our website or in clinic literature.

  • We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party websites linked from our site.

 

10. Intellectual Property

 

  • All materials, branding, and written content produced by Jade Orchid Aesthetics Ltd are protected by copyright.

  • Reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

 

11. Amendments


These Terms & Conditions may be updated without prior notice. The most recent version will always be published on our website.

 

12. Governing Law


These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
